Majjhima Nikaya 5:304
SUJATOEvaṁ svākkhāte, bhikkhave, mayā dhamme uttāne vivaṭe pakāsite chinnapilotike ye te bhikkhū dhammānusārino saddhānusārino sabbe te sambodhiparāyanā.
In this teaching thus well-explained, those mendicants who are followers of teachings or followers by faith are all are destined for awakening.
