Majjhima Nikaya 5:119
SUJATOSo passeyya mahantaṁ udakaṇṇavaṁ, orimaṁ tīraṁ sāsaṅkaṁ sappaṭibhayaṁ, pārimaṁ tīraṁ khemaṁ appaṭibhayaṁ;
They’d see a large deluge, whose near shore was dubious and perilous, while the far shore was a sanctuary free of peril.
