Digha Nikaya 2:82
SUJATONirāmisaṁ vā dukkhaṁ vedanaṁ vedayamāno ‘nirāmisaṁ dukkhaṁ vedanaṁ vedayāmī’ti pajānāti.
When they feel a painful feeling not of the flesh, they know: ‘I feel a painful feeling not of the flesh.’
