Karma

Kamma · Karma · Doctrine

The law of moral causation: intentional actions (through body, speech, and mind) produce results that shape future experience. Wholesome actions lead to favorable rebirths and conditions; unwholesome actions lead to suffering. In Buddhism, karma is not fate but a dynamic process shaped by present choices.
